A Southern California born artist, Kareen Ross, creates art that is intended to challenge conventional perception, share insights, motivate, encourage and arouse emotions through positive images.
She has been an established artist for the past twenty years with her fine art being shown at galleries (Soicher-Marin and BGH Gallery), on television (CSI: Miami, Entourage), and within major retail stores (Sacks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s, FAO Schwartz), along with numerous pieces that have been sold to private collectors. Kareen Ross has also been an in-demand book illustrator and web designer, along with experience as a senior art director and designer for clients that have included: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Toyota, Disney, Universal Studios, Taco Bell and the Los Angeles Times. Created art for video campaigns for Babar, Turtles, Rambo and more.
Besides serving on the Board of Directors for The Art Directors Club of Los Angeles, Kareen has also offered her talent and services to non-profit organizations like the United Way, Aids Research and Breast Cancer organizations.
With a “Be It Now!” philosophy that she lives by and expresses in her artwork, Kareen creates images that observe, question, suggest, and allow you to explore your personal thoughts and feelings.
